FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
1. What will happen when you get to the conference?
First you check-in for Swedish-American Entrepreneurial Days, or Catwalk 11 main registration, then you check-in for the Business Matchmaking. There you will be given your final schedule with all the information you need. You will be directed to the business matchmaking room where you will find 30 tables with numbers on them. Your schedule will tell which table you will meet at for each meeting.
2. At what times will the Business Matchmaking take place?
Växjö
Session 1, September 14: 8.00 – 9.30 am (3 meetings)
Session 2, September 14: 12.00 – 1.30 pm (lunch and Business Matchmaking) (3 meetings)
Session 3, September 14: 4.30 – 5.30 pm (2 meetings)
Session 4, September 15: 8.00 – 9.30 am (3 meetings)
Session 5, September 15: 12.30 – 1.30 pm (Lunch and 2 Business Matchmaking meetings)
Session 6, September 15: 5.00 – 5.30 pm (1 meeting)
Karlskrona
Sessions 1, September 14: 8.00 – 9.00 am (2 meetings)
Session 2, September 14: 12.00 – 1.00 pm (2 meetings)
Session 3, September 14: 5.00 – 6.00 pm (2 meetings)
Session 4, September 15: 8.00 – 9.00 am (2 meetings)

There might be some changes to the sessions, but if so happens you will be informed ahead of time.
3. How many meetings can I have and how long are they?
If you are one person (or one team) attending the Business Matchmaking you can have an maximum of 14 meetings in Växjö and 17 meetings in Karlskrona. If you want more meetings, you need to be at least 2 people (2 teams) attending the conference so that you can have parallel meetings. Each meeting will be 30 minutes long. A bell will sound when there is 5 minutes left and once again when the time is up. You then move to the next meeting, stated in your schedule.
4. Can I book Matchmaking meetings at the conference?
Yes, you will be able to set up appointments when you get to Entrepreneurial Days as well. Please Note: Booking on site is highly dependent on how many open spots there will be left in the schedule. It is highly recommended that you book your meetings ahead of time.
